GRUESOME!!
Few fish care for their young, but the mouth-breeder does so by sheltering them in her mouth when danger threatens. She spits the young out when it is safe.

The Bear Facts

The Bear Facts
Male black bears can weigh up to 360 kilograms (800 lbs) and are very powerful. Black bears can experience grumpy moods, especially in spring when they are hungry. In late summer, bears consume about 20,000 calories per day, which is about five times their normal feeding rate. They must put on a fat layer of about 12.7 centimetres (5 inches) to survive the winter. Bears often spend the winters at the bases of tree stumps, in root cavities, in trees, in beds of sticks and leaves, and even under highways! Bears are excellent swimmers and tree climbers, and very fast runners.
