Amoco drops pipeline plan among rare trees
Amoco, an oil company based in Calgary, has recently changed their plans of running a pipeline through Rumsey, Alberta, the only untouched aspen parkland left in the world. They have decided instead to run the pipeline south of Rumsey, much to the delight of environmentalists who protested the original plans.
