Burnt Out On the island of Borneo in Indonesia, fire
destroyed 30,000 square kilometers of forest. This is an area the
size of Belgium. Uncontrolled fires from oil-palm plantations
appeared to be the cause of the fire, which destroyed most of a
National park, an orangutan sanctuary and unique limestone
