Lemurs (primates that come from Madagascar) like to sunbathe on sunny days! They sit down and expose their tummies to the rays. In Madagascar, they are known as 'sun worshippers'.
Gender gap in heart disease
Gender gap in heart disease The Canadian Institute for Health information
reports that twice as many men as women are hospitalized for heart
attacks and strokes. It is not clear why, but there are many
possible explanations such as the fact that more men than women get
heart disease and women tend to delay seeking treatment. While men
are put in the hospital more, women stay there longer, an average
of 9.2 days after a heart attack and 16 days for a stroke. Heart
disease and stroke is the leading cause of hospitalization for men
and is second to pregnancy and childbirth for women. MARCH 1, 2001
