It's no fluke Preventing "schistosomaisis", a disease caused by
parasites common in tropical countries, may as easy as rubbing on
cream. People become infected with the parasites as they wash or
bathe in infected waters. Now researchers at King's College, London
have found an extract called "Atanine" in seeds used for a Chinese
anti-worm preparation. Experiments have shown that the extract is
effective in killing parasites by working on their nervous
