Scientists at Tufts University in Boston have come up with a test to measure the antioxidant properties of fruits and vegetable. Antioxidants have been shown to have health benefits and may help to defend against cancer and heart disease. Prunes were found to have the highest level of antioxidants, with raisins, blueberries, blackberries, kale, strawberries and spinach following.
