Tomato's prostate effect
Tomato's prostate effect Scientists have discovered that "lycopene", the
stuff that makes tomatoes red, which is most highly concentrated in
tomato sauces, quite possibly prevents cancer. In a recent study,
"lycopene" helped reduce the size and malignancy of prostate tumors
and, in another study, it significantly reduced the risk of
prostate cancer (which is a leading cause of death for men in
Canada).
