Researchers in England have found that mothers who don’t eat fish or meat are more likely to give birth to girls. In Britain, boy births usually outnumber girl births by 106 to 100. However, in a Nottingham study, researchers found that vegetarian mothers gave birth at a rate of 100 for girls and only 81.5 for boys.
