Glucose is food for though
Oxygen and glucose have been found to boost memory and brain power. These two are shown to improve cognitive function, particularily in more difficult tasks. Glucose tablets or inhaling oxygen at an oxygen bar would not be sufficient to impove brain function for any useful amount of time, but taking the herbal extract ginko probably would. Research has found that ginko likely improves blood flow, oxygenation and glucose metabolism, and can improve attention spans for as long as six hours.
