Cherry aid
Cherry aid Scientists have found that a substance in tart
cherries can act as a pain reliever which is as effective as
aspirin. These substances are called ‘anthocyanins’ and

a tablet form. Eating 20 cherries a day is equivalent to taking 1
or 2 aspirin a day. 6 FEBRUARY 1999, P. 8
