Occasional coffee worse than a daily drink

Occasional coffee worse than a daily drink
The occasional cup of coffee may be worse for the heart than drinking it every day. A swiss researcher has found that the surge in blood pressure that a non-coffee drinker experiences is worse than the potential long term effects on a coffee addict. Coffee constricts the blood vessels. Regular coffee drinkers are used to the effect, but the strain on non-coffee drinkers' hearts increases their risk of heart attack.
