Turtle recovery At least one million endangered Olive Ridley
turtles on their annual breeding migration have arrived on the east
coast of India. The turtles nest on the beaches of Orissa State in
India, and their numbers this year are at an all time high.
However, fishing trawlers are violating the law that says they must
stay at least twenty km from the coast, and more than 8500 rare
