Three days of rain in Australia's Victoria State have put an end to an ongoing drought and matched a 25-year record. The heavy rainfall left Melbourne cut off from the city of Geelong and resulted in thousands of stranded motorists and flooded homes. Farmers and water companies, however, welcomed the downpour with open arms.
