Young spittlebugs feed by sucking juice from plants. Some of this juice passes through their bodies and oozes as bubbles from openings on their bodies. The bubbles don't burst easily, so they quickly pile up. Sometimes these young spittlebugs are completely covered with bubbles.

World-renowned physicist Stephen Hawking has predicted that the human race will colonize other planets in 100 years and will eventually design an improved human race. Hawking also says that if there is life in other solar systems, it is likely to be more primitive than life on Earth.
