Icicle Brigade
Icicle Brigade Authorities in Moscow have hired mountaineers to
climb buildings and knock off the icicles. Three people have been
killed, and others injured by icicles falling from tall buildings
this winter. As the temperature rises and spring approaches,
icicles (some several meters long) begin to melt and fall to the
