Elusive animal captured on videotape There has been a confirmed sighting of a black
panther in the community of Fort Erie, Ontario, confirming the
rumors that a large black jungle cat has been roaming through open
fields and people’s back yards in this border community. It
is likely that the big cat probably escaped from a personal zoo.
